DCV Automation operates this website along with an AI chatbot, ROI calculator, and contact / audit-request forms. This page explains the controls and practices that are visible in the application today. It is shared-responsibility content: some capabilities are provided by our hosting and backend platform, and some are practices operated by DCV Automation. It is not a certification.

The public website does not require an account. Internal tooling and database access are restricted to authorised DCV Automation staff. Submissions made through the chatbot, ROI form, and audit request form are write-only from the public internet — no visitor can read other visitors' submissions.

The site is hosted on the Lovable platform with a managed backend (database, edge functions, and secret storage). Application traffic is served over HTTPS. Where platform features are referenced, they describe capabilities we have enabled — not third-party certifications of DCV Automation.

We collect only what is needed to respond to you:

• Chatbot & contact: name, email, message, and the source page.
• ROI calculator: the inputs you provide (employees, hours, hourly cost, automation percentage) and the resulting calculation.
• Audit requests: name, email, company, product/market context, and your description of what you want to automate.
• Operational logs: standard request metadata used to keep the service reliable and secure.

We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data through these forms.

Submissions are used to reply to you, prepare any audit or proposal you requested, and improve our services. Notification emails about new submissions are routed to the DCV Automation team. We do not sell personal data.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site and respond to you, including our hosting and backend platform (Lovable), our database/auth platform, our transactional email provider (Resend), and AI model providers used to power chatbot and image-generation features. If you need an up-to-date subprocessor list for a procurement review, contact us at hello@dcvautomation.com.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to deliver core functionality (for example, language preference and chatbot session state). If we enable additional analytics in the future, this page will be updated.

Submissions are retained for as long as we have an active conversation or engagement with you, plus a limited period for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing hello@dcvautomation.com from the address you used to contact us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@dcvautomation.com.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site or our chatbot, please report it privately to hello@dcvautomation.com. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.

We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable EU/EEA data-protection law (GDPR) for our European visitors. This page is not a legal notice or a claim of third-party certification (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI DSS).
