Performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations under EUDR and LkSG (Art. 6(1)(c)), and our legitimate interest in secure operation, abuse prevention and auditability (Art. 6(1)(f)). Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) applies to optional communications and can be withdrawn at any time.

Unstructured field data is parsed automatically and converted into structured audit records. Application, database and processing pipelines run on European infrastructure (Hetzner, Falkenstein/Nuremberg, Germany) with German data residency. Access is role-based over encrypted connections (Tailscale VPN mesh). AI providers are engaged only under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) and, where required, EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Hosting and infrastructure providers, transactional email providers for notifications, and AI model providers for document parsing. We never sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

Compliance and audit data is retained for the statutory evidence periods (typically 6–10 years). Contact enquiries are deleted no later than 24 months after final handling, unless statutory retention periods apply.
